"After I received my associate degree in business management technology, I was promoted to office manager at LaRussa Italian Food where I prepare sales presentations and design labels, coupons, and flyers. The courses in the associate program helped me improve my communication and computer skills, and I now have a better understanding of accounting procedures. I am currently enrolled in the baccalaureate program where I will earn an advertising art degree." --Jane Garchar '95
