These are some examples of things that the YSU Ombudsperson cannot do:

• Assist in solving student problems that are not
  University related
• Provide legal advice [See IMPARTIALITY section]
• Determine guilt or innocence of those accused of
  wrongful actions
• Assign punishment or sanctions to individuals
