An Invitation to any YSU student: Ombuds Services may be new to you. My role as the Student Ombudsperson is to ensure that your rights as a student are protected and that you are receiving fair and impartial treatment at YSU.
If you have a problem that you have tried to resolve without success, would like advice on how to handle the situation, or need information on where to take your issue, please set up an appointment. Together we can confidentially (see confidentiality section) troubleshoot your problem and explore options to resolve your issue.
If you feel you have tried everything, are at the end of your rope, or are entangled in red tape, I encourage you to visit my office.
