Your appointment with the Ombudsperson will be a confidential, relaxed, and private discussion. Most importantly in the meeting, the YSU Ombudsperson will listen to you and will answer your questions. If the answers are not immediately known, the Ombudsperson will research the information and inform you of the findings. The Ombudsperson will likely also ask you questions to clarify information and will analyze your situation and develop strategies and options for resolving your problem.
