MISSION STATEMENT
The Residence Hall Association at Youngstown State University strives to be a visible organization dedicated to presenting residents, as well as all of campus, with new and fun programs, developing and applying new policies, and providing residents with a forum for their ideas and concerns. We hope to give residents and opportunity to meet other residents, become leaders on campus, and connect with Housing and Residence Life staff.
