Housing During Breaks:
Residence halls are closed during breaks. Students requiring housing during breaks may apply for break housing. Applications are available in the Office of Housing & Residence Life or online at the housing website. Applications are due by the Friday two weeks prior to the break. There is a charge for break housing and students may be asked to move to a temporary space during the break. Residents staying in University Housing during breaks receive limited meals (M-F). In addition, restricted guest hours are in effect during breaks. At the end of each semester, students are required to leave within 24 hours of their last final exam with Saturday at noon being the latest a student can stay. Contact the Associate Director of Residence Life if you need an exception to this policy.

This form will be submitted to Erin Driscoll, Associate Director of Residence Life, for approval. All break housing room assignments will be made during finals week. Notification of approval and your room assignment will be sent to you via e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail address to respond to, notification will be left in your campus mailbox.
