Directed student research projects in thin film and material science studies. Set up laboratory for high temperature superconductor, semiconductor, insulator, and metal thin film preparation. Introduced collaborative learning techniques into physics courses. Served as chair and member of many departmental, college, university and joint faculty-administration committees.
