SAFETY ASPECTS OF THE CMC
The Chemical Management Center is equipped with a Carbon Dioxide fire suppression system.
The CO2 is stored in the cylinders pictured above and are located on the lower level of the CMC.
The CO2 is released into the rooms through a series of dispersing mechanisms.
There is a manual release mechanism for each room located by the exit.
