WASTE REMOVAL 
PROCEDURES

  Each container of hazardous waste must be accompanied by a  Waste Form. 
Call 3703 or 3700 to obtain these forms.  The waste will be taken to the Chemical Management Center for storage until the scheduled disposal date.
